Burke Pediatrics, LLC 2022
From the first sleepless nights and on through college, we will be working together. We are partners in your child's health and development. To that end, we ask for the following:
- Be curious and ask questions
- If any information is confusing, ask us
- Honesty about past or current health conditions/medical/surgical problem
- Honesty about social circumstances that may affect your child- bullying, divorce…etc.
- Follow a healthy lifestyle
- Keep building/adding healthy habits
- Staying with our office - going to multiple medical providers never gives the whole picture or provides complete care for your child
- If English is not your preferred language, please bring someone to translate so we can fully understand each other
- Respect for our staff and providers
- Call in advance for appointments
- Timely arrivals for appointments
- Walk-in during office scheduled Walk-in times
- Schedule all well child visits as recommended
- Book and keep follow-up appointments
- Complete all testing- laboratory, radiology, etc. promptly
- Follow recommendations or let us know why you are unable to do so
- Understand your health insurance plan and your fiscal responsibilities
Your child is a wonderful new creation and we want to know you and your child. Both of you are key players in achieving and maintaining good health. We cannot wait to start this journey with you.
