We are proud to announce that we were recently awarded a Certificate of Recognition from the Fairfax County Health Department.  They recognized our ongoing efforts towards our "commitment to providing immunizations to children in our community as well as protecting the overall health and well-being of children in our community." Immunization Action Plan Coordinator Chris Carlock visited our practice in April 2016 to present staff with a certificate.  We are the only practice in Fairfax County to have received this award!
